Inland Empire Food Systems Alliance (IEFSA) is working to create a food system that makes healthy, local foods available for all in the inland region of Southern California. IEFSA connects organizations and removes barriers in an effort to expand access to local foods, prevent food waste, preserve land for sustainable agriculture, grow our inland economy, and much more.
98,000 boxes of food have been distributed to those in need and 450,000 pounds of food have been prevented from going to waste as of 2020.
